These three Journaling Workbooks were compiled based on the most popular journaling prompts and discussions from the monthly creative wellbeing workshops I ran throughout the COVID-19 pandemic as part of The Creative Map project.
Each day you will find either a prompt and question or two lists to complete, with additional pages allowing time for reflection and space for your own notes. Each of the Journaling Workbooks offer 30 days of questions, prompts & lists.
You can follow along with the videos to get a sample of the questions within each workbook.
The workbooks have been designed to accompany you on your journey of self-awareness, reflection and intention setting, to remind you that you are exactly where you are supposed to be, and that you already have within you, everything you need to succeed.
